What an agency is actually for
Building and running a channel you would otherwise have to learn — ads, funnels, follow-up, tracking. A good one saves you a year of mistakes.
The commitment is real: retainers plus ad spend, usually with a ramp before performance, and the results belong to the channel rather than to any single month.
