What a seller-lead marketplace is
iSpeedToLead belongs to the same category we do: a marketplace where sellers who have shown some interest in selling are listed, and investors buy them individually rather than subscribing to a data feed.
Marketplaces in this category differ mainly in how the seller was generated in the first place — paid advertising, inbound calls, outbound texting, or leads resold from another source — and in how much you can inspect before you commit.
We are not going to quote its pricing, lead volumes or refund terms here. Those change, they vary by market, and a stale figure on our page would be both wrong and unhelpful. Check its own site.
What is different here
Every lead on our board came from an outbound text conversation we ran ourselves. We pull county records, text the owners, and the ones who reply become leads — so there is no intermediary between us and how the seller was generated, and nothing is resold to us before you see it.
The conversation comes with the lead. Before you spend anything you can read what the seller actually wrote, which is the difference between buying a description of interest and buying the evidence of it.
Every lead is sold once, to one buyer, and comes off the board when it is claimed. There is no tier where the same seller goes out to five people.
Price is flat and public: $5 a lead. There is no auction, no tiering by perceived quality, and no subscription required to buy one.
How to choose between two marketplaces
Judge on what you can see before paying. A lead you can read is a lead you can decline, and being able to decline is most of the value — it turns a purchase into a decision rather than a lottery.
Then judge on exclusivity, and be precise about it: ask whether the same seller can be sold again later, not just whether it is sold once today. Ours comes off the board when it is claimed and does not come back.
Then buy a handful from each and compare cost per conversation. This category has too much variance between markets for anyone's marketing page, ours included, to answer that for you.

Are your leads resold from somewhere else?
No. Every one comes from a text conversation we ran, on a list we pulled. There is no upstream vendor in between, which is also why the board only contains what has actually replied rather than whatever a supplier had available.
Can I see the lead before I buy it?
You can read the conversation. The seller's name, address and phone number stay hidden until you claim it, which is what stops the board from being a free contact list.
What happens if the lead turns out to be junk?
Read the thread first — that is exactly what it is there for, and it is the reason we can charge $5 rather than pricing in the risk of leads nobody can evaluate. If the conversation does not convince you, do not claim it.
