Motivated seller leads in Baltimore County, MD
We work Baltimore County. We have pulled and texted 822 liens records here — every owner contacted directly, and a lead only exists once one of them writes back. Replies from this county land on the board as they come in.
Baltimore County is part of our active outreach in Maryland. The 822 records we have worked here came out of the county's own public filings, went out as text messages, and the ones that answered became leads. That is the only way a lead gets onto this site — we do not buy lists from a data vendor and resell them.
Nothing from Baltimore County is on the board at this moment. That is normal and it is not a coverage gap: a lead sits here only between the moment an owner replies and the moment one buyer claims it, and each one is sold exactly once. New replies from this county appear as owners respond.
Baltimore County questions
Do you have leads in Baltimore County?
We work the county — 822 liens records pulled and texted so far. Whether one is claimable this minute depends on who has replied recently and whether another buyer has already taken it, because every lead is sold once. The board shows what is live right now, and new replies from Baltimore County arrive as owners respond.
How do leads from Baltimore County reach the board?
We pull the county's public records, text the owners, and a human reviews every reply before it is listed. A refusal, a wrong number or an agent-listed property does not become a lead. What you see is the conversation itself, so you can judge the seller in their own words before spending anything.
What does a Baltimore County lead cost?
A lead costs 5 credits, and 3 credits once the seller's last message is more than a week and a half old. Credits come from a weekly plan, so the dollar cost per lead depends on the plan you are on. Every lead is exclusive — one buyer, sold once, and then it is off the board.
What is available in Maryland right now?
4 leads are unclaimed across Maryland as of this page load. Buyers pick the states they want leads from, so you can take anything in Maryland rather than waiting on one county.
